2. Booking Terms and Conditions

2.1 Booking Process

You can book services through our Booking Site by selecting a service, date, and time, providing accurate contact information, and completing payment. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

2.2 Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking via accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards or other electronic payment options specified on the Booking Site). Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by You:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time qualify for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method and may take up to 15 working days.

Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure). We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled appointment or a full refund, processed within 15 working days.

2.4 Arrival and Late Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time without a refund for the unrendered portion.

2.5 Age Restrictions

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the service.

2.6 Dress Code and Conduct

Wear comfortable, adjustable clothing suitable for spa services. Towels and robes will be provided. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or failing to follow staff instructions.

2.7 Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health issues before your appointment. You must disclose relevant health conditions during booking or upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse or modify services if necessary for safety reasons. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed health conditions.

2.8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability for any claim arising from our services (including negligence or breach of contract) is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or intangible losses, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
